After a lot of persuasion I agreed to play netball for my friend Tjun Wi even although I haven't actually played in about 10 years...I was a bit nervous and when I got onto the court there was this one really tall guy who looked more like a basket ball player and I thought to myself, well as long as I'm not with him I should be o'k...of course life is perpetually unfair; he was the Goal Shoot and I was the Goal Keeper! I was just getting into it and managed to get the ball off him when he pushed me into the net and I ended up spraining my ankle - Arrhhh!

It's not a bad sprain however and will hopefully heal in the next day or so. Such is (my!) life.
