END of PMP

Today was my last day of PMP (Perceptual Motor Programme) at the primary school. One of kids, an adorable wee English boy called Callum, asked me if today was my last day and then when I said it was, he said "I think I'm going to cry now!" ...how cute is that! I will miss the kids, I found them so refreshing, their outlook on life is so unsullied and boy do they know how to live for the moment! I will also miss the teachers they have all been really good to me; after my car accident they bought me a bunch of flowers to celebrate the fact that I was alive and they have all been really friendly and supportive at work.

Time to move on though, I need to get stuck into my other job in the BMTU (Bone Marrow Transplant Unit), my admiration for primary school teachers has grown significantly, what a challenging job, not for the faint hearted that's for sure!
