Ethnical Farming

Susan and I went down to one of the local farms to buy ourselves some organic lamb for our Jamie Oliver style meal. We were celebrating our new jobs and Susan's success in being awarded a substantial amount of funding by the Arts Council for some new, fandangled gagets! Way hey!

The farmers wife who sold us the meat was excitedly explaining how well her business had taken off and the reason she believes it has gone so smoothly is that the locals appreciate the "Ethnicity" of her methods... we think we knew what she meant!

Here is Susan trying to emulate domestic goddess Nigela Lawson, as she stylishly holds the finished product! The lamb was delicious by the way, and for those of you who think Susan looks rather tasty too, feel free to contact me and once you've successfully graduated from a rather stringent vetting process, I may be able to pass on your details to her!?! ;)
